On the 26th November we hosted our first ‘Walk and Talk’, meeting at Blend and Grind KT, we meandered along the waterfront, played a few games at Sun Yat Sen – worried a bit about how hard it was to jump and clap (IYKYK) and then carried on to the AIA Vitality Hub where Alexa and Sion very gracefully talked us through their sports journeys. There was lots of laughter and a couple of tears, we are so grateful for everyone who joined us and for those in front and behind the scenes.

我們於11 月26 日舉辦了第一次“Walk and Talk”。在Blend and Grind KT 集合後，我們沿著海濱漫步，在中山公園玩了幾個遊戲– 有點擔心困難的跳躍和拍手(懂的人就會懂) ，然後繼續前往AIA Vitality 健康總部，Alexa 和 Sion 非常體面地向我們講述了他們的運動旅程。充滿著很多歡笑和一些淚水，我們非常感謝所有人的參與以及幕前幕後的工作人員。
